Escape to Osoyoos and Canada’s only desert this winter. It’s the perfect spot for snowbirds wanting to get away but without the added costs of exchange rates and health insurance. Our little lakeside town is a great home base to explore all the South Okanagan has to offer; mild winter weather, wineries, great restaurants, spas, endless outdoor activities and a rich cultural history. Osoyoos also has a vibrant seniors centre offering all kinds of social activities.

From November to May each year we offer affordable monthly and extended stay rates. All our rooms and suites have been completely renovated. We have fully stocked kitchenettes available. Our onsite managers Howard and Diana are dedicated to making you feel at home, ensuring your stay with us is comfortable and worry free.

SNOWBIRD FAQS We do offer monthly rentals over our mild winter [Nov-May] Our rates for One Bedroom Suites are $1,400 + GST per month. These Suites have: • 1 queen bed in a separate bedroom with TV, ironing board, iron • 1 living room with pull out sofa bed, TV, table & chairs, and • Kitchenette: bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, induction cooktop burners, dishes, glasses, cutlery, sink [note: no full stove/oven] • Brand new 4-piece bathroom

Base rate does not include housekeeping or laundry service. However, there is a complementary guest washer dryer and ice machine on site. A full set of sheets, towels, blankets etc. are provided, laundering is the guests responsibility. Should you wish a full clean up by our housekeeping staff, including a refresh of towels and sheets that is an additional charge of $50 per occurrence.

We also have a few larger second floor walk-up suites at $1,600 per month, that have: • 1 king size bed in bedroom with TV • Living room with pull out sofa bed, dresser, table chairs & TV • Full size fridge, convection oven induction cooktop, toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery • Newly renovated 4 piece bathroom And a private covered outdoor balcony with table and chairs TV is Telus Optik free, WIFI is free as is outdoor parking.

We do require some deposits: • $100 per month of stay, to hold your booking, payable at time of booking, credited towards your rent when you arrive, non-refundable should you cancel. • $400 security deposit at time of check in, refundable net of any damage/cleaning assessment when leaving.
